Hey there!
I’m Tori. I am the head wizard of organization, planning and creativity at apoluna events!
I have always had an eye for planning and coordination of events; even as a youngin’ I’d sit on the couch and watch A Wedding Story on TLC with my grandma. Once the show was over, her and I would sit down and plan the most elaborate events for all of my stuffed animals and dolls.
Fast forward a few years, in school I was always the first to volunteer to plan school dances, assemblies, class parties, ski trips, and talent shows... heck, I think I even made a “plan” for my class on senior skip day so we wouldn’t end out wandering around our town wasting the day! (ps. strongly recommend a town treasure hunt for 18-year-olds.)
In college, I mastered the art of planning my schoolwork to the T, so I could fit in all of the extra curriculars that were important to me... sleeping, travel, working my part-time job as a barista, reading my new favorite dystopian novel, dinner with friends, and sleeping... did I mention sleeping? Very, very important to a growing... 22-year-old :) I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management & Leadership, an associates degree in Accounting, and a wonderfully supportive fiancé, Miles (HUBBY, as of 2022!). These days, my furry sidekicks, Apollo & Luna keep me grounded. They are my confidantes, my coworkers, and the reason I’ve perfected the art of multitasking. As a dog mom, I’ve learned that not everything goes the way you plan it, 100% of the time. I translate that into my business by having a back-up plan, being open to rolling with the punches, and recognizing that what may look like an issue can usually be turned around to a blessing in disguise. I make it a point to bring each segment of your event vision to life, and really showcase the littlest details that make all the biggest differences.
I’m so excited to be investing more and more time into being able to do what I am passionate about!
That being said, you know your girl did her research on what other DOC’s & WP’s in the Denver area, with my experience, education, and expertise are changing, and I've tried to base my pricing structure around that.
BUT! What really matters to me is that every couple has their vision completely brought to life for their big day, and can look back on their wedding day knowing it went smoothly and that someone had their back 100% of the way
SO! All of that is to say that the pricing in this document is not set in stone in the slightest. I feel like it is a starting point for a conversation surrounding needs and budget, rather than a line in the sand.
